Lanzarote is a great island, especially Costa Teguise, you should get good weather for christmas.

Catlanza is a good catamaran sailing excursion to discover the beautiful beaches of Papagayo, the boat start from Puerto Calero but they have a bus pickup so ask your hotel front desk.
Jameos del Agua and Mirador del Rio on the North of Lanzarote are must see places.

I dont know the first choice price for this excursion, but I recommend if you can to rent a car and visit the Timanfaya Park by yourself if you can... Better experience and probably cheaper. Have a good day.

I suppose you mean "Playa Blanca", and not "costa"... There is a nice bar called Cafe del Mar, famous spainish franchise with chill out music, at marina rubicon harbour.

I dont know if there are any fishing trips with departure from playa blanca, best is to go to the playa blanca harbour, where ferries are, ask there. You can also give a try at "marina rubicon" harbour : www.marinarubicon.com
There used to have fishing trip from puerto calero in partnership with catlanza, ask them at catlanza.com

You will find easily maps of the island for sale in all supermarkets, and perhaps at your hotel desk.
There are also surfing excursions to Famara if you dont want to hire a car, ask your rep.,hotel desk or lanzarotewindsurf.com
At Famara, you will find surf shops in the village, on the left of the beach, where you will be able to hire surfboards.

It must be the "Sands Beach Villas Resort", its the only one located in Costa Teguise with a private beach.

I think its located in Tahiche, 5 min by car from Costa Teguise.
You have also in Costa Teguise this one : Colegio Arenas Internacional, a private non-denominational school that receives boys and girls of 3 to 17 years of age. It is a school of international character and academic focus with students from all around the island.

The shop "El nino" is still there, but the windsurfing/surf centre has moved to the other side of the beach.
