I have heard that it will be windy, and cloudy with occasional sun, not beach weather.Has anyone been at that time of year what can I expect?

We were at our villa in Playa Blanca last October and the weather was gorgeous. According to the some locals we know, they always say October is a very good month weatherwise. The winds are generally only light but can vary. We are going in October this year and are expecting to spend time on the beach and temperatures in the 28-30c.
Last year our pool temperature which is only heated by solar panels was about 32c and lovely. Hope this helps you. Jackie

The weather is great, although there is a wind it is like a warm hair dryer and nothing to worry about.
We go October most years and have never had bad weather while we have been there.

We were in Puerto del Carmen in October 2 years ago and the weather was absolutely brilliant, very warm.
