I hear he runs a small bar/restaurant with food to die for. Someone said he's the only Michelin starred chef on the Island.

yes we know of Antonio, we stayed at the El Guarapo last December, his food is absolutly fantastic his steaks are food you would die for and good portion sizes to, people came from miles away to taste his food so I recommend that you book in advanc

the only one i can think of is (antonio)i think he runs the bar/restraunt at the el gurapo aptmnts,i no the locals use it so thats a good sign,and i belive if you want something diffrent from the menu he goes out the next day and buys it fresh and prepares it for you the next night.hope this helps.ste
