i doubt theres a free bus or whether theres a direct bus i think you'll need to change in arrecife public transport is cheap and easy to use although it would easily be over an hour on the bus and like i say i think you would need to change although there could well be a day trip from playa blanca to the water park. one other thing reviews aren't great and having never been couldn't comment myself!!!
