In Costa Teguise - Asked by djw2510 - 5 answers - 5 months ago
We are visiting Costa Teguise next year and are keen to know about the resort (we are staying at Santa Rosa). Are there lots of bars and restaurants. Is there a fair amount to do in the resort or do you need to go further afield.

Any info you can give me would be a big help as we are have never been to Lanzarote before.....decided to branch out from Portugal for a change!

Thanks in advance.
Hi djw2510,

I've just returned from costa teguise for a two week holiday and I have to say there was not one second of my holiday were my family or I were bored!

Costa Teguise has a great selection of bars, cafes etc..
There is also loads for children eg, water park, aquarium ...

There is one restaurant in particular I would like to reccomend its a chinese buffet style restaurant right across the road from Teguise Playa Hotel(I dont know the name sorry). For €7.95 adult, €4.00 child, you can order a 3 course all you can eat meal followed by a complimentary glass of chinese wine. It has to be one of the nicest chinese restaurants there.

Special menus are advertised outside every restaurant there for example "Full english Breakfast-€1.95" but you have to be careful because the prices dont include an extra 5% service charge.

If you are looking for night time entertainment, you'll have a great selection in Costa Teguise.

Saxos Family Fun Pub(also opp. Teguise Playa Hotel) is a must visit. They open from 8pm-3am everyday with great family shows such as drag shows, magic shows and hypnotists followed by karaokes and discos.

I hope this informaton helps

Have a great holiday

Agree with previous answer - depends on what you want. This is more a family friendly resort if you're wanting nightlife there isn't that much but plenty of bars and resturants for an enjoyable night. Porto Del Carmen has a more active nighlife if thats what you are after.
