Has anyone visited broons bar in costa teguise,are duggie and das still running the bar still,if so i would like to write to them and say how much i miss spending time there and the help they gave me in 2008.I hope to go back maybe in 2011 when have some money in the bank dave hind(durham city)

Visited Broons on holiday last year. It was being run then by Gary from London who bought it from Daz and Jean who have returned to Edinburgh as Jean couldnt settle apparently. Duggie was then(July 2009) working in The Waterfront(used to be The Sandcastle).I am a regular in Broons every summer and have to say that it is my favourite bar but I am a bit concerned if it will be open this summer as it was very quiet last year. I wrote to him (Gary) a few months ago but never heard back from him. Hence my concern. I will make some enquries over the next days and if I hear anything will let you know.
