Hi Scairns (#280)
We bought studio at Play Roca when Monica was there but she has since left and we have not completed yet because the reform has not evan been started. Any way to cut a long story short we have since found out via our solicitor that Playa Roca 3000 SL have gone bankrupt ! We were wandering how that has affected the complex, are the swimming pool and gardens still being looked after? Have you heard anything ?

Don't really know whats going on. We've been a few times this year but everything seems ok and the pools and gardens are still being well maintained. Probably best you get your solicitor to check things out. Hope you get things sorted out.
