I went to Lanzarote last year mid October and we came home on halloween so it wasn't quite November but i can tell you the second week was much colder. The first week was sunny and quite hot during the day but the second week was nice some days and wet others but night time was quite chilly and windy. I could still wear summer clothes during the day but we got caught out some days with the heavy rain but in saying that the rain didnt last long. Most days of that 2 wks were cloudy but when the sun came out it was lovley so i supose november would be much the same.
