can anybody tell me anything about playa rocca in costa teguise.Is it a nice place, when will it be completley finished ect, thanks

Hi,
We bought a studio apartment in play roca last october and are really pleased with it. We love it!! As there is a lot of bungalows and apartments still left we are not sure when everything will be completed. There is a beautiful pool and they are in the process of opening a pool bar which will be great. We have met some nice people who actually live on the complex. It is handy to bars, restaurants and the back gate opens on to the lovey promendade which takes you in to the main town of costa tequise. Hope this is of some help to you.

We have bought a studio apartment there because we have been to lanzarote a few times and always liked it there, I feel it has a lovey feel aboul the place. Playa Roca is in a qieter area of Costa teguise but is in easy walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. The apartments, bungalows and studio's are being modernised as they are sold, so the rest of the apartments will not be done up untill they are sold, there is a show apartment you can see to show you what they will be like when it has been modernised.
