Hi, I was in Playa Blanca from the 22nd Dec to 2nd Jan 09. We had very good weather mostly ranging between 18 to around 25 degrees centigrade and sunny. Most days we were able to sunbathe, though sometimes it gets a bit windy, but still pleasant. We had one day of rain, due to severe weather affecting all the Canary islands, but this was totally exceptional as it normally hardly ever rains. Take something warm for the evenings. Enjoy... it is a truly exceptionally beautiful island whcih deserves to be explored, we did some lovely walks.
